1. Scope of Technology Services TunnelWiz engineers bespoke websites, custom SaaS platforms, and specialized practice management CRMs. Specific deliverables, timeline milestones, and service level agreements are outlined within client Master Services Agreements.

2. Intellectual Property Sovereignty All proprietary assets, client code repositories, bespoke CRM customizations, and frontend designs engineered on behalf of the client transfer in full ownership upon milestone completion in accordance with contractual terms.

3. Confidentiality & Security Protocols All client discussions, data models, and proprietary system architectures are safeguarded under strict non-disclosure covenants and enterprise data protection standards.

4. Software Warranties & Maintenance All custom-engineered software deliverables include designated warranty and optimization periods to ensure seamless deployment and high-uptime operation.
